Lois L. Weinroth concentrates in structured and corporate finance, with an emphasis on insurance linked securities transactions, alternative risk transfer and mortgage- and asset-backed securities offerings.
Ms. Weinroth has represented underwriters, issuers, and placement agents in connection with public offerings and private placements of debt and equity securities, such as asset-backed notes and certificates, mortgage pass-through certificates, and collateralized mortgage obligations. She has extensive experience in transactions in which insurance risk is transferred to the capital markets, including Regulation XXX and Guideline AXXX reserve funding securitizations, synthetic transfers and catastrophe bond transactions.
