Ms. Juliber was a Vice Chairman of the Colgate-Palmolive Company from July 2004 until April 2005. She served as Colgate-Palmolive’s Chief Operating Officer from March 2000 to July 2004, as its Executive Vice President North America and Europe from 1997 until March 2000 and as President of Colgate North America from 1994 to 1997. Ms. Juliber has been a director of Goldman Sachs since March 2004. Ms. Juliber is on the board of the following public companies in addition to Goldman Sachs: E. I. Du Pont De Nemours and Company and Kraft Foods Inc. She is affiliated with certain non-profit organizations, including as Chairman of The MasterCard Foundation, a member of the board of Girls Incorporated, and a trustee of Wellesley College and Women’s World Banking. |
