Lloyd G. Trotter, 61, is a partner at GenNx360 Capital Partners, a position he has held since February 2008. He served as Vice Chairman, General Electric, and as President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Industrial, from 2006 through February 2008. Between 1989 and 2006, he held various positions at GE, including Executive Vice President, Operations, from 2005 to 2006, President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Consumer and Industrial Systems from 1998 to 2005 and President and Chief Executive Officer, Electrical Distribution and Control from 1992 to 1998. Mr. Trotter is a former director of Genpact Limited. Mr. Trotter is a member of the board of directors of Textron, Inc. Mr. Trotter joined PepsiCo’s Board in 2008. |
