Mr. Keltner is the Chairman of Light Sciences Corporation, and Chairman of MetaStat. He has designed, built or run over 30 health care firms and his clients have included many national and regional health care agencies and academic institutions. His areas of expertise include drug licensing, drug development, medical informatics, e-health, specialty pharmaceuticals, home health care, and clinical laboratories. His current and former clients include many of the world's premier companies in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, clinical laboratory medicine, home health care, e-health and health care financing. Dr. Kelter also advises health care and financial companies with the challenges of raising capital. His work has been published in numerous health care research and business trade publications.
Dr. Keltner received his M.S. in Epidemiology and Biostatistics, his Ph.D. in Biomedical Informatics and his M.D. from Case Western Reserve University. He is a member of the American Association of Clinical Chemistry, American Medical Association, International Association of Tumor Marker Oncology, Drug Information Association and Oregon Biotechnology Association. |
