Dr. Keltner is the CEO of Light Sciences Oncology Inc. He is known worldwide for his expertise on the approval of new pharmacologic entities and has been the principal architect of many health care ventures. Dr. Keltner also advises health care and financial companies with the challenges of raising capital. His work has been published in numerous health care research and business trade publications. Dr. Keltner received his M.S. in Epidemiology and Biostatistics, his Ph.D. in Biomedical Informatics and his M.D. from Case Western Reserve University. He is a member of the American Association of Clinical Chemistry, American Medical Association, International Association of Tumor Marker Oncology, Drug Information Association and American Society of Clinical Oncology.
