Ms. Young works with attorneys in the area of corporate law, securities law, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions and general business to assist the attorneys in every phase of a transaction. Ms. Young has 13 years of paralegal experience. Ms. Young has also worked in the areas of intellectual property, eminent domain, and family law. Ms. Young’s professional association memberships include North Carolina Bar Association - Legal Assistant Division (NCBA-LAD); the NCBA-LAD Business Law Section Liaison; North Carolina Paralegal Association, Inc. (Survey Chair, 1995); and Raleigh-Wake Paralegal Association. Ms. Young is also the Assistant Secretary for Wake County Industrial Facilities and Pollution Control Financing Authority. |
