Lisa has a broad background in the high tech instrumentation industry. Prior to joining Spectracom in August 2004, Ms. Withers served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Symmetricom’s Timing Test & Measurement Division. Prior to their merger with Symmetricom, Lisa served as President and CEO of TrueTime, a world leader in timing solutions for the Department of Defense. In addition to her many years in the time and frequency industry, Lisa’s background includes operations management positions at ABB AMDATA and Delphian Corporation. Lisa holds a BS in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco and has served as director on a number of corporate and non-profit boards.
