Lisa Pierson is Kimco's President. Ms. Pierson has been a staffing industry professional since 1994 when she joined Norrell Corporation of Los Angeles as an Account Executive for their outsourcing division.
Her career with Norrell progressed to Regional Sales VP for their Franchise Division, Western Division VP of Operations, and VP of Southern California. Most recently she served as Vice President, National Accounts for Spherion, a $2.1 billion staffing and recruitment company, formed as a merger of Norrell and Interim Services. Prior to joining the staffing industry, Ms. Pierson was with Eastman Kodak Company. She began a career in sales and was a founding member of Kodak's successful entry into outsourcing through Kodak Imaging Services.
She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University and has continued to expand her expertise through continuing education programs.
As President, Ms. Pierson's responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations and implementing strategies and programs for Kimco's future growth. |
