Flashner joined New World Ventures in 1998 from the investment banking group at Robert W. Baird & Co. where she was a lead banker in the information technology and telecommunications industries. Prior to Baird, she worked as a technology banker at The Chicago Corporation (now ABN AMRO). Her finance and investment experience includes a broad range of merger and acquisition and public equity transactions for mid-sized companies. Prior to investment banking, Flashner practiced corporate law in California and was a tax accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co. She currently serves as a director of Toplander Corporation and Away.com. Flashner graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois and earned her J. D. from Georgetown University. |
