Dr. Rochelle Cooper has spent the last 18 years consulting with and coaching executives to be more effective leaders. Her expertise is in Leadership Effectiveness, Team-building, Integration, Executive Coaching, Facilitation and Organizational Assessment. She has been affiliated with The Leader’s Edge for four years, serving such clients as Citigroup, HSBC, Bristol Myers Squibb and Novartis. Other clients have included JPMorganChase, Merrill Lynch, Metropolitan Life, Olympus, Pfizer, Prudential, Sony and Time Warner. She started her career in Organizational Development at Chemical Bank, developing Human Resource programs and consulting with line managers. She is currently on the faculty of Hofstra University’s School of Business, where she teaches Executive Leadership Skills in the Executive MBA and traditional MBA programs, as well as in the Executive Training Center. Dr. Cooper earned her Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology as well as Bachelor’s and Master’s from Columbia University. She has published articles in several journals, and is currently a member of ASTD, New York Human Resource Planners, the Organizational Development Network, and a registered Professional Consultant with the Organizational Development Institute. |
