Lisa S. Pierce concentrates her practice in the areas of general corporate and business law, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. She has been involved in acquisitions and sales of businesses in a variety of industries. She also has experience in advising health care providers in general business matters and in the sale of medical practices.Attending Kenyon College, Ms. Pierce received her B.A., magna cum laude, in Economics and English in 1990. While at Kenyon College, she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She received her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1995. While at the College of Law, she was a member of the University of Cincinnati Law Review and was admitted to the Order of the Coif. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Dayton Bar Association. Ms. Pierce has been named among the "Who's Who in Law" in The Dayton Business Journal. She also has been named an "Ohio Rising Star" in Law & Politics Magazine and Cincinnati Magazine. She was named among the top "40 Under 40" in 2005 by The Dayton Business Journal. |
