Lisa Anagnostopoulos is a partner in the firm’s Banking Department and has been practicing law since 1997. Ms. Anagnostopoulos focuses her practice in the area of secured and unsecured bank lending and represents commercial banks in structuring asset-based financings, revolving loan and term loan facilities. She specializes in real estate-related finance matters including construction, acquisition and permanent financing for office, industrial, residential (including luxury condominiums, single family homes and apartments), and retail (including shopping centers).
