Lisa K. Prentice is the Senior Vice President, Finance for InFocus Corporation. Ms. Prentice has more than 25 years experience in the accountancy industry, including most recently serving as CFO and Vice President of Finance for PACCESS, a global packing supply chain services company and was responsible for directing all global financial accounting, reporting, planning, forecasting and cash management. Before her seven years with PACCESS, Prentice served as Office Printing Business Controller with Xerox, a $19 billion world-wide high-technology manufacturing firm where she integrated numerous financial activities and systems for the international company. Prior to Xerox, Prentice spent more than a decade managing numerous key financial efforts and projects at Tektronix, a $1 billion world-wide manufacturer of high-technology electronic products. Ms. Prentice earned a BS degree in accounting from the University of Oregon and holds an MBA from Portland State University. Ms. Prentice is married with two children and enjoys golfing, skiing and spending time outdoors. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Pacific Northwest International Trade Association (PNITA). |
