Lisa Lietz-Ray is a 1991 graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School. Prior to that she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. Ms. Lietz-Ray devotes a substantial portion of her practice to collection law where she actively pursues the collection of both consumer and business accounts. Ms. Lietz-Ray files lawsuits for the collection of money as well as for the repossession of collateral. She is also knowledgable in the area of violations to the rights of creditors and debtors in the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Her post judgment collection experience includes the garnishment of paychecks, milk checks, accounts receivable and bank accounts. |
