Lisa J. Thibdaue is Vice President Regulatory and Government Affairs for the Northeast Utilities system (NU). She is responsible for all issues relating to NU with the federal government and the state governments where NU does business including Congress the FERC State Legislatures and the economic regulators in CT NH and MA.November 2005
Thibdaue joined NU in January 1998 as Vice President Rates Regulatory Affairs & Compliance. Before joining NU Thibdaue was employed by Consumers Energy in Michigan in various positions starting in 1981 and in 1996 was named executive director Rates and Regulatory Affairs where she was responsible for managing all state and federal gas and electric rate and regulatory issues and proceedings at the Michigan Public Service Commission and with FERC. Thibdaue graduated from Michigan State University in 1976 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She is a member of the board of directors of the Connecticut Water Services Company Connecticut Agency of Human Services and the American Leadership Forum Hartford Chapter. She is also a member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Regulatory Committee the Edison Electric Institute Regulatory Committee the American Gas Association Regulatory Committee and the Michigan State University Institute of Public Utilities Advisory Board |
