Description of Practice:
Lisa Baca, an associate in the Century City office, practices real estate law with an emphasis on leasing, purchase and sale, development and construction transactions. Lisa's experience includes the preparation and negotiation of commercial, industrial and retail leases, purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, real estate management and a variety of consulting agreements (including LEED and environmental consultant agreements), and various forms of construction contracts (including AIA) for use with architects, contractors, construction managers and other service providers. Lisa is a member of the State Bar of California.
Educational History:
Ms. Baca received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Hawaii Pacific University in 1998, where she graduated summa cum laude. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in 2002, where she served as Chief Production Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. |
