Lisa is a member of the firm’s corporate law section and co-chair of the mergers & acquisitions practice group. Her practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, corporate financing and general business matters for a variety of corporate clients. She joined the firm in 1997, and also leads our recruiting committee.
Lisa graduated from Rice University, magna cum laude, with a Bachelor of Music degree. She received her J.D., with honors, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she was a member of the North Carolina Law Review. Lisa is also a member of the Order of the Coif. |
