From 1990 to June 3, 2004, Ms. Welton served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Cyber-Test, where she was responsible for overseeing operational, marketing, contractual, and communications efforts, including business development and growth. Upon the acquisition of Cyber-Test’s assets, Ms. Welton was appointed to the same offices and given the same respon-sibilities with Cyber-Test. Ms. Welton was appointed Executive Vice President of Encompass in June 2004 and assists in the overall vision and implementation of the business. From 1987 to 1989, Ms. Welton served as the National Director of Business Development for Charlan Brock and Associates, an international architectural firm specializing in hotels and high-end custom home developments, where she secured architectural contracts for the firm's clients in the United States and Europe.
From 1985 to 1987, Ms. Welton was Senior Account Manager at Robison, Yesawich and Pepperdine, an advertising and public relations firm, where she coordinated hotel property grand openings and all subsequent press events. Ms. Welton graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a BS degree in advertising and marketing. |
