Lionel Hardy is a Board Member of the Sanford Rose Associates Owner's Association and is President of Sanford Rose Associates - Huntersville. This office provides executive, managerial and professional search services for the food business nationwide, for selected manufacturers in the southeast and for the construction industry. Mr. Hardy brings over twenty years of management and manufacturing experience to the SRA family of offices. Before joining the worldwide Sanford Rose Associates Network, he worked for US-based and German-based multinationals, and has lived both in the USA and Canada holding positions as Plant Manager, Director of Customer Technical Service, and Director of Technology. Mr. Hardy has expertise in the areas of plant operations, customer service, quality and supply chain management, as well as experience leading major capital projects and business-wide supply chain initiatives. Throughout his career, he has served as a volunteer board member on a number of community/industry organizations, holding various leadership roles. These have included Chairman of a regional economic development agency, Finance Chair for an industry-education partnership and Industrial Fundraising Chair for the United Way.

Mr. Hardy holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC).
