Lindsay M. LaCava is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's New York office. She is a member of the Tax Department, and her practice focuses on state and local tax.
Prior to joining McDermott, Lindsay was a tax associate at a regional law firm in Connecticut, where she advised individual and corporate clients regarding state and local, federal and international tax consequences of various business transactions and represented taxpayers in all aspects of federal and state tax controversy matters. In addition, Lindsay worked at a Big Four accounting firm, where her practice focused exclusively on state and local tax.
Lindsay is currently pursuing her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
Lindsay is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut, and the United States Tax Court.
