Linda Roberts, MS, RD, LDN is the recently elected Chair of Consultant Dietitians in Health Care Facilities (CD-HCF) 2008-2009 - a practice group of the American Dietetic Association. She is also the Area V Coordinator for the group and the Task Force chair of the Menu Planning Guidelines committee of the CD-HCF. Ms. Roberts is an active member of the Northern Illinois University; Nutrition & Dietetics Advisory Committee. Her previous Board positions include the Chair of the Illinois chapter of CD-HCF and Government Affairs Director of the Illinois Dietetic Association. Ms. Roberts has had many speaking engagements including the Illinois Health Care Association, Illinois Dietetic Association, IL; Consulting in Health Care Facilities, Illinois Nursing Home Administrators; and Life Services Network of Illinois, Illinois Dietary Managers Association. She has authored many successful articles with topics on Survey Survival, Sanitation, and Using the RAI for Care Planning. Linda Roberts & Associates, Inc. is celebrating its 10th year, 1996-2006, of service to the long term care community of Illinois and Indiana.
