Linda Maxwell is a Chief Strategist in the Los Angeles office at Jefferies Quarterdeck, the Aerospace & Defense Investment Banking Group at Jefferies. In her nine-year tenure with the firm, Ms. Maxwell has led numerous deal teams resulting in over thirty successful deal closings. She has vast experience dealing with various types of M&A activity with both private and public company transactions in the aerospace and defense marketplace. Former clients include the majority of the world's largest aerospace and defense prime contractors: Boeing, General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman and Raytheon. The foundation of her success stems from leveraging fifteen years of industry experience with Raytheon Company (formerly Hughes Aircraft Company) in which she held an array of managerial positions that spanned technical, program management and corporate functions. Ms. Maxwell received both an MS in Mechanical Engineering and a BS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as well as an MBA from Harvard University. |
