Linda received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida State University in 1981. She has over twenty five years of public accounting tax experience and was formerly with KPMG Peat Marwick and Deloitte. Her experience includes consultation for publicly- and privately-held clients regarding optimal business entities such as S corporations, LLCs, partnerships, and consultation regarding minimization of tax liabilities on business reorganizations, dispositions and acquisitions. She has represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service and successfully negotiated tax settlements.
