Linda J. Pahl, Chief Financial Officer (Acting), joined International Rectifier in January 1999. Previously, she was IR’s Vice President of Corporate Finance.
Prior to joining IR, Ms. Pahl was Vice President and CFO for Blue Cross of CA at Wellpoint Health Networks, Inc. where she managed all finance activities for the $5 billion subsidiary. During her tenure, she re-organized the financial structure, with a 10% reduction in headcount while the division accomplished +10% annual growth in revenue. She was also responsible for the development of sales, P&L and cash flow forecasting systems and monthly management reporting.
Linda received her BS in Finance and holds an MBA from San Jose State University. She has over 20 years of accounting and finance experience. She holds a CMA (Certified Management Accountant), CFM (Certified Financial Manager) and CCM (Certified Cash Manager). |
