Linda I. Bandov is the Director, Investor Relations of Fremont General Corporation, a financial services holding company. Ms. Bandov joined Fremont General in September 2005 and is responsible for all aspects of investor relations, corporate and financial communications and public and media relations. Ms. Bandov brings more than 10 years of investor relations, corporate communications and capital markets experience to her role at Fremont. Prior to joining Fremont, Ms. Bandov served as Director, Investor Relations and Corporate Assistant Secretary of Southwest Water Company, a water, wastewater and public work services company, from 2003 to 2005. Previously, Ms. Bandov held senior positions from 1999 to 2002 in the Mergers and Acquisitions group of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison LLP, a national law firm. From 1993 to 1996, Ms. Bandov was the Director, Corporate Communications for American International Group, Inc., a financial services and insurance company. Ms. Bandov earned her Master of Arts degree in Business and Economics from the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito School of Management at Claremont Graduate University. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications and political science from the University of Arizona and studied at the London School of Economics. Ms. Bandov is an active member of the National Investor Relations Institute. |
