Ms. Georgiadis is a shareholder in the Firm’s Labor and Employment Group. She focuses her practice on employment litigation and medical malpractice claims. She represents employers in a variety of employment litigation matters, including employment discrimination, unlawful harassment, defamation, and workplace violence cases. Ms. Georgiadis also represents health care providers in medical malpractice actions before the various boards of the Virginia Department of Health Professions. She provides counseling to hospitals and physician groups relating to patient care issues, medical staff relations, and risk management. She has tried approximately 20 cases to verdict in state and federal courts. |
