Having been working in various fields in intellectual property law since 1993, Lin Deng has a unique blend of law firm, in-house and international experiences.
Ms. Deng's current practice includes patent prosecution, opinions, patent litigation, trademark litigation and client counseling. Ms. Deng has extensive experience in all aspects of preparation and prosecution of patent applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Her practice covers a wide range of technologies, including: semiconductors, semiconductor processing, automobiles, telecommunications systems, search engines, electronics, and computer hardware and software.
Ms. Deng served as a patent attorney of Motorola (China) from 1997 to 2000, where she handled patent portfolio management, patent prosecution, patent litigation and licensing. She worked for an intellectual property law firm in Beijing from 1993 to 1996, where she gained considerable experience in prosecuting patent applications before the Chinese Patent Office.
