Lewis Brandolini is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Brandolini Companies. Mr. Brandolini began working for his family’s business in 1963 as a carpenter. Representing the fourth generation of family leadership, Mr. Brandolini’s long-standing relationships and experience within the real estate community have led the Company’s growth since the 1970’s. Under his vision, Mr. Brandolini grew the Company’s homebuilding operations from locally developing 15 homes per year to developing over 500 homes and apartments per year. Today, Mr. Brandolini has been instrumental in acquiring and developing a substantial retail shopping center portfolio.
