Lewis G. Cole represents a wide variety of clients, including issuers and financial intermediaries, and shares responsibility with four corporate partners for the ongoing representation of more than 400 investment companies or their independent board members, as well as unregistered pooled investment vehicles, investment advisers and fund administrators. He also advises clients on corporate and securities law matters.

Mr. Cole joined Stroock in 1958 and is a former Managing Partner of the Firm. Mr. Cole served on the board of directors of AMETEK, Inc., a NYSE-listed company, until April 2007.
