She was the Environmental Manager for a RCRA Part B-permitted Treatment, Storage & Disposal Facility from 1995 through 2003 and is experienced in conducting environmental and safety inspections; developing Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasures (SPCC) Plans and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans, meeting environmental record keeping requirements for air, waste and toxics programs; securing licenses and site-specific health & safety plans. She obtained RCRA Hazardous Waste Management Instructor certification in 1994, and since then has taught hundreds of training courses in areas of DOT Hazardous Materials, IATA Dangerous Goods, EPA and state-specific environmental training, Hazardous Waste Management for transporters, generators and facilities, ISO 14001 auditing and OSHA HAZWOPER, Confined Space, Lockout/Tagout, Respiratory Protection, Contractor Safety and Process Safety Management.
