Since its incorporation, Mr. Ames has served as Corporate Secretary to NS8 Corporation, and its wholly owned subsidiaries, CanOnline Global Media, Inc. (USA), and CanOnline Media Corporation (Canada). Mr. Ames has been instrumental in providing essential advice and services in areas of technology, intellectual property, entertainment, commercial, contract, corporate and employment law. In March 2000, he was appointed to the Board of Directors and to the position of Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs. In June 2002 he accepted his appointment as General Legal Counsel. In April 2007 Mr. Ames resigned from the Board of Directors as part of the restructuring of the Company.
Mr. Ames graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in and holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Ames was called to the Bar of the Province of British Columbia in 1979. |
