Ms. Spasser is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate Group. She focuses her practice on the areas of communications law and policy, content licensing and distribution, trademark licensing, and technology development and licensing. She also counsels clients on privacy and data security issues as well as communications and consumer-protection law and regulation. Through her representation of a diverse group of clients, including large cable television companies, video programming service providers, broadcast television stations and internet content providers and distributors, Ms. Spasser has developed extensive experience in intellectual property, communications and technology matters.
