Mr. Daniels is a founding partner of CAI, a private equity fund in New York City. He previously was President of Burdge, Daniels & Co., Inc., a principal in venture capital and buyout investments as well as trading of private placement securities, and before that, a Senior Vice President of Blyth, Eastman, Dillon & Co. where he had responsibility for the corporate fixed income sales and trading departments. Mr. Daniels is a former Director of Aster-Cephac SA, IVAX Corporation, MIM Corporation, Mylan Laboratories, Inc., NBS Technologies Inc. and MIST Inc. He was also Chairman of Zenith Laboratories, Inc. and currently serves as a Director of SafeGuard Health Enterprises, Inc. |
