Ms. Skiba is an associate in the Firm’s Bankruptcy Group. She focuses her practice on financing and bankruptcy including serving as counsel to debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 reorganizations and Chapter 7 liquidations. She has litigated creditors’ rights actions such as suits on notes, guaranties and receiverships. Ms. Skiba also has experience in structured financings, real estate financings and workouts.
