Mr. Kramer is an investment banker, having developed a small family-owned business into a $50 million multi-state manufacturer, recycling and energy distribution firm. He sold the commodity-related parts of the business in 1988 and continues as a director and stockholder in the manufacturing arm of the business. His experience spans over 28 years of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Leonard graduated from Lehigh University in 1971, with honors, and received his MBA from The University of Colorado. |
