Leonard represents individuals and closely held business entities in all aspects of their business operations. For more than fifty years he has advised clients in their affairs, establishing close relationships with them and working with their specialists and advisors in estate planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning and the preparation of wills, revocable trust agreements and partnership agreements including family limited partnership.His practice has involved many real estate transactions for his clients in the acquisition and sale of business and investment properties, homes and condominiums. He is certified as a Real Estate Specialist.During the Korean War, Leonard served in the JAG Corp. of the U.S. Air Force primarily trying cases under the Manual for Courts-Martial United States-1951. He was discharged in 1953 at the rank of Captain. |
