Mr. Leonard D. Schaeffer has served as a director of the Company since March 2004. He is currently a Senior Advisor for Texas Pacific Group, a private investment firm. Mr. Schaeffer is the former Chairman of the Board of Directors of WellPoint Inc., the largest health insurance company in the United States. From 1992 through 2004, he was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of WellPoint Health Networks Inc. Mr. Schaeffer was the Administrator of the U.S. Health Care Financing Administration from 1978 to 1980. He is Chairman of the Board of the National Institute for Health Care Management and a member of the Institute of Medicine. Mr. Schaeffer is a director of Allergan, Inc.
