Mr. Wang serves as an Associate with primary responsibility for the underwriting and execution of investments for Madison's U.S. transactions including limited partnership buyouts, structured equity investments, and equity recapitalizations. Prior to joining Madison International Realty, Mr. Wang was a key member of the Acquisitions team of the Guggenheim Club, a real estate fund specializing in the acquisitions of fishing, shooting and premier boutique resort properties around the globe. And before that, Mr. Wang was a member of Morgan Stanley's Real Estate Group, operating out of both New York and Hong Kong, where he worked on both principal investing transactions and IBD advisory assignments for various REITs. Mr. Wang began his career in the Credit Advisory Group of Goldman Sachs, where he focused on rating advisory assignments and credit risk analysis of real estate companies. Mr. Wang is fluent in both Mandarin and Shanghainese. He received a BS degree in Finance & Information Systems from the Stern School of Business of New York University and a MS degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. |
