Len Southwick joined National RV in September 2003 as Vice President of Customer Service and shortly thereafter was given oversight for both the Product Development and Engineering Departments as well. In July of this year, he was appointed as Executive Vice President and given the additional responsibilities of Production and Materials. With his appointment to President in October of 2005, he is now responsible for all of the day-to-day operations of the division. Mr. Southwick has more than 30 years of executive and managerial level retail and manufacturing experience.
Prior to joining National RV, Mr. Southwick was a Director of Operations, General Manager, Vice President and Partner in auto groups in Southern California. Prior to that, Mr. Southwick spent 15 years in various positions within the automotive industry including Director of Service and Fixed Operations Manager. Mr. Southwick has served on the Board of Directors for publicly held and privately held companies. |
