Len Juhnke, an associate, joined Carney Badley Spellman in 2007. His practice focuses on construction law and civil litigation. Prior to law school, Mr. Juhnke worked in the construction industry as an engineer and project manager and has experience with construction contract and claims issues. Mr. Juhnke clerked at the Ecology Division of the Washington State Attorney General’s Office and at a local law firm specializing in construction defect litigation prior to joining Carney Badley Spellman.
