Leiv Lea, M.B.A. has served as Vice President, Finance and Administration since December 1997 and was appointed Vice President, Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer in December 1998. From September 1996 through November 1997, he served as a financial consultant for high technology companies and was Acting Chief Financial Officer for Global Village Communications, Inc. From 1987 through June 1996 he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Margaux, Inc., a public company that manufactured refrigeration equipment. Mr. Lea received a B.S. degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of California, Davis and an M.B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
