Experience:Leila has served as Executive Vice President over Retail Banking since August, 2005. She joined Synovus in June, 2000 as Senior Vice President, Director of Sales, Marketing and Product Development. In 2004 she was named Senior Vice President and Synovus’ Retail Banking Executive. She led the creation of Synovus’ Retail Strategy in 2004. She is responsible for the successful implementation of the strategy and her daily focus includes the complete scope of retail banking activities and initiatives. Leila has also led the successful development of a comprehensive Retail Banking Strategy for our company that is resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction, growth in fee income, an even greater increase in services per household, and loan diversification for Synovus. |
