Dr. Anderson has served as a member of Luna’s Board of Directors since March 2006 and is a member of the Board’s Audit and Compensation Committee. Since 2002, he has served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Plasma Proteome Institute, a scientific research institute in Washington, D.C., of which he is also a founder. Dr. Anderson is currently a member of the Board of Directors and a member of the Audit Committee of Dade Behring Holdings, Inc. (DADE), a NASDAQ-traded company. Dr. Anderson also consults through Anderson Forschung Group, of which he has been a Principal since 2002. From 2001 to 2002, he served as the Chief Scientific Officer and a member of the board of directors of Large Scale Biology Corporation. Dr. Anderson earned a bachelor’s degree in Physics from Yale University and a doctorate in Molecular Biology from Cambridge University. |
