Leeba Lessin President Leeba Lessin has over 18 years of experience in the healthcare and managed care industries. Ms. Lessin became President of Northern California operations for PacifiCare in August 1998, and President of Southern California, PacifiCare's largest region with 1.2 million commercial members, 380,000 Medicare members, and $4.1 billion in revenue, in 2000. At the time of her appointment in 1998, Ms. Lessin was vice president of provider delivery systems for PacifiCare, with company-management companies. Prior to joining PacifiCare in 1995, Ms. Lessin was President and Chief Executive Officer of Monarch Health Systems, a managed care delivery system operating in California's central coast region. Ms. Lessin received her BA degree from Westmont College in Santa Barbara and an MBA from the University of Washington. In 2002, Ms. Lessin formed Lessin Management Advisors, which provides consultation and strategic project management for companies in the healthcare industry. |
