Lee Fawcett joined Alternative Technology in March 2006, bringing a diverse career background and excellent track record with over 25 years experience in the Communications and Technology industries. Lee oversees the strategic development of the company’s Technical Services Department including: Field Services, Support Services, Education Services and Security Services. Lee’s focus is to enhance Alternative Technology’s business relationship with technical services resellers, increase department certification levels including Level III expertise in all areas, and to expand the type and scope of services offerings.Lee’s executive leadership experience includes Professional Services sales and business development, Customer Program Management, Customer Service and Technical Support, Systems Integration, Product Management, Manufacturing and Software Development. Over the period of 1983 to 1994, Lee served in multiple executive level positions for AT&T Paradyne. From 1994 to 2003, Lee worked for AT&T Network Systems, and spin off Lucent Technologies, as Vice President of Professional Services and Vice President Customer Programs. Lee’s distinguished career also includes over seven years of service as a United States Air Force Pilot. |
