Mr. Mitau has been Executive Vice President and General Counsel of U.S. Bancorp, a bank holding company headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, since 1995. Prior to joining U.S. Bancorp, he was a Partner in the Corporate Department of the law firm of Dorsey & Whitney LLP from 1983 to 1995.
Mr. Mitau has been a member of the H.B. Fuller Board of Directors since 1996. He is Chairperson of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee as well as a member of the Compensation Committee. |
