L. Lee Hodges is the leader of the Acxiom Services Division, overseeing the organizations responsible for marketing database and Customer Data Integration services, digital services, consulting, service delivery and European operations.
Previously, Lee served as Acxiom’s chief operations leader, a position that no longer exists. In that capacity, he was responsible for the Company’s organizations that handled all sales, client relationship management and client services delivery. Lee moved into the newly created role in January 2005 after serving more than six years as leader of the Company's Outsourcing and Information Technology Services Organization.
Lee joined Acxiom in 1998 to establish the Outsourcing Division, and has played a key role in developing the strategic positioning of outsourcing within Acxiom, as well as its strategic objectives and operational processes and standards.
Prior to joining Acxiom, Lee was a senior vice president with Tascor, an Atlanta-based business process outsourcing company. Before that, he spent 24 years with IBM, performing a variety of roles in engineering, sales, marketing and executive management. He has been an officer since 1998.
Lee earned an industrial engineering degree from Pennsylvania State University and did postgraduate studies in operations research at Union College. |
