For over 20 years, Ms. Brahs has enjoyed a successful career in claims, with a specialty in workers' compensation. Before coming to CRM, she spent 12 years at Frontier Insurance Group, overseeing both multi-state and excess workers' compensation claims. She began her CRM tenure as a senior claims adjuster, responsible for large customer accounts, before her promotion to management in 2002. Ms. Brahs holds a bachelor's in business management from State University of New York Empire State College, an associate degree in claims from the Insurance Institute of America, and her New York State Independent Adjusters License. |
