Leah Samit is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP based in the Firm's New York office. She is a member of the Tax Department, where her practice focuses on state and local taxation.
Prior to joining McDermott, Leah worked at the IRS Office of Chief Counsel. As a member of the Large and Mid-Size Business Division, she worked on Tax Court litigation and reviewed selected transactions.
