Ms. VanLandschoot is an Associate in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Denver office and a member of the firm’s Employment and Litigation groups. Ms. VanLandschoot counsels employers in defense of employment actions, including defending clients against charges of sex discrimination in violation of Title VII, claims based on the Colorado Wage Claim Act and claims of wrongful discharge in violation of public policy. She has also litigated claims under the Colorado Uniform Trade Secrets Act and non-competes, and has filed charges of sexual harassment and retaliation in violation of Title VII with the EEOC. |
